If you are making your booking more than 6 weeks prior to the date of commencement of the holiday, a deposit of 50% of the total tariff is required to confirm your booking and must be received within 7 days of initial reservation. The balance is due exactly 6 weeks prior to your holiday. If you are making your booking within 6 weeks of the date of commencement of the holiday, the full tariff is required to confirm the booking.
All payments should be made by credit card – Visa, American Express, Mastercard
Bookings made from Singapore can also be made by cheque or cash payment. (This does not include nets)

Please note that depending on the tariff period there is minimum number of nights stay at the property:
Minimum 2 nights during Low season and Mid Season
Minimum 3 nights on public holiday’s long weekends
Minimum 4 nights on Easter weekend
Minimum 5 nights during Christmas, New Year, Peak season

Important Notice: Once your booking has been confirmed and receipted your deposit is nonrefundable. If the booking is cancelled in writing more than 6 weeks from the date of commencement of your holiday you will be released from the liability for the full balance of hire. The deposit is nonrefundable. If you give written notice of cancellation less than 6 weeks prior to the date of commencement of your holiday and we are successful in finding guests to fill your place at the holiday home you will be released from the liability for the full balance of hire. The deposit is nonrefundable.

Check-in Time to Aspects of Prevelly is 3.00pm. Check-Out Time is 10.30am. A code, giving you access to keys for the property, will be e-mailed to you 5 days prior to your arrival. During the low season and for mid week bookings check-in and check-out times can often be flexible, Requests for alternative times must be stated on the booking form and will be accommodated where possible.

Guests are expected to look after and take all reasonable care of the property and all the furnishings and equipment included in the property. Any faults, damages or breakages must be reported to the Owner, Booking Agent or a representative of the booking agent as soon as possible. Guests will be liable for any breakages or damages caused to the property during the guest’s holiday occupation and all costs of repair and replacement shall be payable upon demand to the Owner or booking Agent.  These breakages will be charged to your credit card.  It is the responsibility of the guests to ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked.

We ask that the property is left in a clean and tidy state at the end of the holiday. The cleaning staff will conduct an inventory at the end of each letting and in the event that the property is not left in a respectable state the guest will be liable for the cost of excess cleaning.
If you require the property to be cleaned during your stay this can be arranged at a cost to the client.  (See booking form)

The number of guests occupying the property for the holiday must not exceed the number specified on the Booking Form. If for any reason there is a change to the number of guests occupying the property, the owner or Booking Agent must be informed immediately. If approval is given for a change in the number of guests, an additional charge will be payable for each extra guest. Maximum number must not exceed 8 guests. If the number of people using the house exceeds the number agreed on the booking form without prior notice the owners have the right to charge the extra tariff to the guests credit card.

Aspects of Prevelly is a unique house. Original artwork decorates the walls of all rooms. There is a seperate art gallery on the ground floor.
