Cancellations
Important Notice: Once your booking has been confirmed and receipted your deposit is nonrefundable. If the booking is cancelled in writing more than 6 weeks from the date of commencement of your holiday you will be released from the liability for the full balance of hire. The deposit is nonrefundable.
If you give written notice of cancellation less than 6 weeks prior to the date of commencement of your holiday and we are successful in finding guests to fill your place at the holiday home you will be released from the liability for the full balance of hire. The deposit is nonrefundable.
Your Holiday
Check-in Time to Aspects of Prevelly is 3.00pm. Check-Out Time is 10.30am. A code, giving you access to keys for the property, will be e-mailed to you 5 days prior to your arrival. During the low season and for mid week bookings check-in and check-out times can often be flexible, Requests for alternative times must be stated on the booking form and will be accommodated where possible.
Guest Responsibility
Guests are expected to look after and take all reasonable care of the property and all the furnishings and equipment included in the property. Any faults, damages or breakages must be reported to the Owner, Booking Agent or a representative of the booking agent as soon as possible. Guests will be liable for any breakages or damages caused to the property during the guest’s holiday occupation and all costs of repair and replacement shall be payable upon demand to the Owner or booking Agent. These breakages will be charged to your credit card. It is the responsibility of the guests to ensure that all doors and windows are securely locked.
Cleaning
We ask that the property is left in a clean and tidy state at the end of the holiday. The cleaning staff will conduct an inventory at the end of each letting and in the event that the property is not left in a respectable state the guest will be liable for the cost of excess cleaning.
If you require the property to be cleaned during your stay this can be arranged at a cost to the client. (See booking form)
Group size
The number of guests occupying the property for the holiday must not exceed the number specified on the Booking Form. If for any reason there is a change to the number of guests occupying the property, the owner or Booking Agent must be informed immediately. If approval is given for a change in the number of guests, an additional charge will be payable for each extra guest. Maximum number must not exceed 8 guests. If the number of people using the house exceeds the number agreed on the booking form without prior notice the owners have the right to charge the extra tariff to the guests credit card.
Art work
Aspects of Prevelly is a unique house. Original artwork decorates the walls of all rooms. There is a seperate art gallery on the ground floor.
